Tomorrow is the weigh in and warrior dash. I lost weight this month bit not sure how much. I am ready for the dash but i should have trained a little more. Last year i trained outside but this year i haven't done as much. I'll still do ok though.

I am enjoying the nice weather. I skipped the y the other day but made up for it by spending time outdoors. I am running the warrior dash next weekend so I need to be exercising outdoors for now.

Happy mothers day to all you moms out there. Thank you for all you do. It's been another good week. Once again I was able to go to the y everyday before work. Hopefully this hard work will pay off at the next weigh in since my girlfriend is teasing me that she is still ahead of me in weight lose.

It was another good week. I was able to make it to the second half of the contest. I went to cabanas on Tuesday for the trivia contest and will try to go to the Y on Saturday.
