I hope that one day I will be on the scale at work and weigh in at 199.9 with my steel toe work shoes on. During this contest I didn't really do anything special other then establish a routine. I didn't eat any different, and while I have cut back on the pop I still drink it. I now go to the Y for 30 minutes of cardio then I have been hiking the trails for about 90 minutes. Last year when my girlfriend signed me up for the warrior dash I started to hike and walk the river to train for the event and as a result I lost 20 pounds. I like this machine best low impact and able to work up a good sweat and am averaging over 700 cal an hour.
