new schedule
So a few weeks ago I switched shifts at work, and now I have figured out a new exercise routine. I now go to the Y for 30 minutes of cardio then I have been hiking the trails for about 90 minutes. Last year when my girlfriend signed me up for the warrior dash I started to hike and walk the river to train for the event and as a result I lost 20 pounds. Hopefully all the hiking this will help me get back to where I was last year.
